"Thank you. Excellent presentation and info and developing understandings" "Very good day" "Enjoyed the workshop" "Fantastic – thought-provoking… unsure what to expect, thank you" "The workshop provoked a lot of thinking for me both at the strategic level and also in the pragmatic teacher sense." Seminars And Workshops 2007 New workshops Tender and Grants Writing One Day Workshop Successful Project Management Techniques Knowledge Management workshops and courses Managing Teleworkers and the Virtual Workplace Case study example of delivery to AMES NSW We have developed Knowledge Management training and delivered to managers of AMES in NSW in July-December 2006. We used a flexible model where three one hour workshops are conducted in an online meeting room (headsets or microphone and speakers plus internet connection required). Between the workshops we provided mentoring via phone, email or once again in the online meeting room. The online training was spread over two months to suit the client. A follow up face to face workshop was held in Sydney in December. Each participant was able to work on an area of Knowledge Management within their organisation. The organisation is spread over the state and travel for managers a major difficulty. This model saved travel time and dollars. Two trainers provide the training and mentoring. In this case the trainers are Margaret Aspin and Dr Helen Paige. Dr Paige is a KM expert in Adelaide and works with Aspin Online Consulting on a range of projects. The online meeting room used by AMES was DiscoverE. The trainers use powerpoint slides and web pages within the online room. Interesting in how this model could work for your workshops? Recent public workshops Successful Grants and Proposals This workshop was run in December 2006 for NFP organisations by infoxchange ( Infoxchange Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that works for social justice and social equality by empowering people through access to technology.) Margaret Aspin delivered the workshop. In-house RMIT workshops These workshops ran in November and December 2006 for 40 RMIT staff. They are delivered in other settings, but particularly Learnscope projects. Building Effective E-Learning for Everyone Would you prefer a qualification or nationally accredited units of competency?
