Nigel is an outstanding public speaker who is currently the head of training and knowledge management at the BBC in London . He has e xtensive experience in developing training and learning projects with global industry players such as Goldman Sachs; Arthur Andersen; ntl: and ICL; government, and education .

Nigel is a strategic thinker able to motivate, lead and drive organisations forward to deliver business and training objectives.

Nigel has been a consultant with companies, governments and colleges over many years, on training and learning strategies to maximize openness and participation amongst adults .
