Time to book our in-house workshops in Brisbane and regional Queensland!
I am delighted to say we are now able to run our highly regarded Tender Writing / Tender Response course more regularly in Queensland from the start of 2012. This revenue building course has run successfully in all states for five years, but now we are able to really increase our opportunities to run it in public workshops and in-house groups due to relocation of two consultants to Brisbane.
I have very much enjoyed delivering many workshops for Cordell across Australia, plus clients in Health and Community Services on behalf of Infoxchange, and many in-house groups in regional locations especially in the health, community, engineering and construction industries. I look forward to continuing to deliver this course in 2012 along with our other consultants as your feedback has shown the workshop has significantly assisted your organisations to grow and be more successful. The workshop is still available in other states.
Likewise our in-house course on Effective Teams is now regularly available in Brisbane. This workshop is designed to work with an existing team that may need encouragement, time to solve some internal issues, or more focus on the changing landscape impacting their organisation. In this case having an external facilitator significantly improves the outcome over having internal managers leading the day. We have run this cost effective workshop successfully with not for profit organisations undergoing significant changes due to new legislation, falling revenue from donors, and major restructuring.
